Open Position: Seeking Marketing / Executive Assistant to CEO in marketing the business and delivering services to clients .
On the back on recent successful contract wins and investment into the business a Marketing / Executive Assistant person is being sought to support Maidsfield's growing business in providing business development and international partnering services to Ireland's technology sector. This successful candidate will be coordinating and involved in the execution of all Maidsfield Associates' marketing activities. This position provides a great opportunity to work in a results focussed environment in driving international success for established Irish technology companies.
This role would suit a talented and ambitious marketing professional looking to develop their career and earning potential with a dynamic and forward thinking company.
This is a permanent position.

Duties Include:
1) Coordination and execution of marketing and other activities for company, including
a) Newsletter, Blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, mailings and telemarketing and telesales
b) Market Research
c) Setting up appointments and coordinating activities
2) Coordination of client service activities
3) Coordination of suppliers, consulting and other service providers
Qualifications: Degree/Masters in Marketing, Commerce or Business course
Experience: Relevant experience would include: Marketing in direct support of a Sales function, Direct Marketing and phone follow ups, Event driven Marketing, Marketing or Sales of Training or any sales experience
Personal Characteristics: Confident, Self-motivated, Resourceful, Good with people, Can do Attitude, Methodical, Eye for Detail, Structured and Organised not afraid to ask questions and learn
Office Location: NSC Campus, Mahon, Cork with occasional travel
Package: €20,000 to €25,000
